Plans, changing tier, and cancelling
What the four tiers are, how to switch, and what happens to your pages if you stop.
There are four tiers: monthly or annual, each with or without the AI add-on. The AI add-on is what enables the text transforms in the block menu.
Change tier and manage payment details from the account page. Billing itself is handled by Paddle, our payment provider, and their portal opens in a new tab.
| What happens | What it means for your pages |
|---|---|
| A payment fails | You keep full access while the payment is retried. Update your card from the account page. |
| You cancel | You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. |
| The period ends | Your pages are kept, not deleted. The app asks you to subscribe again to open them, and you can still download all of them from the pricing page. |
Cancelling never deletes anything. If you come back, everything is where you left it — and if you do not, sign in and use Download everything on the pricing page to take every page with you, as Markdown files with their images, in one .zip.
