Refund Policy

When you can get your money back, how to ask, and who actually sends it.

In force from 26 August 2026. DigiPages is operated by a single developer. Questions about this document go to support@digipages.io.

1. The short version

If DigiPages is not what you wanted, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

If a renewal caught you by surprise, we will refund that too, provided you have not used the app since it renewed.

The rest of this page is the detail behind those two sentences.

2. Who you bought from

DigiPages subscriptions are sold by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt and on your card or bank statement, and Paddle is the party that issues any refund.

This matters in one practical way: the money goes back through Paddle, not through us. We decide whether a refund is due under this policy and then ask Paddle to make it. You can also approach Paddle directly using the details on your receipt.

See our terms for what the merchant-of-record relationship means more generally.

3. Your first payment

A full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. This applies to your first subscription payment, on either the monthly or the annual plan, and the 14 days run from the date the payment was taken.

Using the app in that period does not cost you the refund. We would rather you actually tried it than left it untouched to keep the option open.

When the refund is issued your subscription ends, and access to the app stops. Your pages are not deleted — see what happens to your content.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and Paddle emails a receipt for every payment. An annual renewal is the one most likely to arrive unexpectedly, so it has its own rule:

We will refund a renewal charge in full, within 14 days of that charge, if you have not used DigiPages since it renewed. Whether the account has been used is something we can check, so this is applied the same way every time rather than case by case.

If you have used the app since the renewal, we do not usually refund it, because cancelling instead leaves you with what you paid for: your access continues to the end of the period, and you are not billed again. Cancelling is immediate, self-serve, and on your account page.

To avoid the question entirely, cancel before the renewal date shown on your account page.

5. What is not covered

Partial periods. If you cancel mid-period we do not refund the remainder, because cancelling does not cut your access short — you keep it until the period ends.

Deleting your account mid-period. Deleting is not the same as cancelling. It ends the subscription immediately rather than at the end of the period, so it does cut your access short — and the remainder is still not refunded, because you chose to end it early. The account page says so before you confirm. If you want to stop being billed and keep the days you have paid for, cancel rather than delete. If you have already deleted and believe you are owed a refund, the fourteen-day window above still applies and you can write to us.

Earlier periods. A refund covers the payment being disputed, not the history of the subscription.

Accounts closed for a serious breach of the acceptable use section of our terms.

Repeated requests. The no-reason refund is meant for deciding the product is not for you, not as a way to use it in 14-day cycles.

Outside these situations we will still consider a request — downtime that cost you real use of the service, or being charged for something that plainly went wrong, are worth writing to us about.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@digipages.io from the address on your account, and tell us which payment you mean. The order or transaction reference from your Paddle receipt is the fastest way to identify it, but the date and amount are enough.

We aim to reply within three working days. If the refund is due we ask Paddle to issue it at that point.

You do not have to cancel first — approving a refund cancels the subscription as part of the process.

7. How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Paddle cannot send one to a different card or account.

Once Paddle issues it, the money usually appears within three to five working days, though some banks take up to ten. The delay after that point is with your bank rather than with Paddle or with us.

Refunds are made in the currency you were charged in. If your bank converted the payment, the amount that lands can differ slightly from the amount you paid because the exchange rate moved — that difference is the bank's, and neither Paddle nor we control it.

8. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, separately from anything this page offers.

The 14-day policy above is written to meet that right rather than to replace it, so in practice you do not need to decide which one you are relying on. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.

Consumers elsewhere may have equivalent rights under local law. Nothing in this policy limits them.

9. Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge, please write to us before asking your bank to reverse it. A charge from Paddle can look unfamiliar precisely because Paddle rather than DigiPages is the seller, and that is usually all it is.

A chargeback takes weeks, costs the seller a fee, and generally ends with the subscription and the account being suspended while it is investigated. Emailing us is faster and, where a refund is due, gets you the same outcome.
