Move a page somewhere else
Drag it, or use Move to — and what to do when a move is refused.
In a browser, drag a row in the sidebar and drop it where you want it. Dropping onto a row puts the page inside it; dropping between two rows puts it at that level.
On a phone or tablet, use Move to from the row's ⋯ menu instead. It lists the places this page is allowed to go, so anything it offers will work.
If a move is refused, it is almost always one of two things: a folder cannot go inside a page, and a page cannot be moved inside itself or its own children.
